Responsibilities:

• Organizing: Structuring the nursing department, assigning tasks, and delegating responsibilities.
• Directing: Supervising staff, providing guidance, and motivating team members.
• Controlling: Monitoring performance, evaluating outcomes, and making necessary adjustments.
